This application is intentionally thorough, as it allows us to get to know your mission, programs, and impact in greater depth. Our goal is to understand not only the services you provide but also the values that guide your work and the unique role your organization plays within the nonprofit landscape.

We deeply appreciate the time and thought you put into completing this application. Your responses will help us ensure that our Network is a strong, diverse, and supportive community of nonprofits working together to create lasting change.

To be eligible to apply, your organization must meet the following criteria:

• Operated for at least three years

• File a complete Form 990 (not a postcard) with a PBC address

• Have an annual budget of under three million dollars
